The Sig Sauer Model 226 is manufactured by classic Tokyo Marui. Like most sidearm replicas by Tokyo Marui, Model 226 was also made mostly from high-quality polymer. Metal parts include the magazine and several small elements (among others, safety).
Both the frame and slide are made from polymer. The grip is covered with an anti-slip texture, which provides high comfort for usage. Under the slide is located a 40 mm long 22 mm RIS rail that allows for the attachment of additional accessories such as a flashlight or a laser sight.
The construction of the replica allows it to fire without cocking the hammer. A magazine with a capacity of up to 25 BBs allows it to fire more shots. The replica is characteristic, as expected of a Tokyo Marui replica, for its high slide operation reliability and accuracy.
