The Tokyo Marui AK-47 AEG faithfully replicates the iconic AK-47 series, originating from the former Soviet Union with distinct manufacturing types. It incorporates metal die-cast and press steel parts, including the lower receiver, to deliver a substantial and rigid feel.
The lower receiver is treated with a deflick coat to simulate the texture of steel black dyeing, complemented by hand guards and stocks finished with a reddish woodgrain effect, enhancing its realistic appearance.
Its front sight offers precise up, down, left, and right adjustments using a dedicated tool, while the rear sight allows elevation changes through sliding mechanisms. The muzzle protector can be removed to fit 14 mm reverse thread muzzle accessories like silencers.
This model includes a steel press magazine with a 90-round capacity and an adaptor to accept standard electric gun type AK magazines, noting that bolt release and auto-stop features are disabled with the adaptor. Magazine compatibility excludes AK74 and next generation electric gun AK magazines.
