Northeast FAMAS F1 Gas Blowback Airsoft Rifle
The FAMAS F1 is one of the most instantly recognisable military rifles in the world — the French Army’s bullpup assault rifle that served from the 1970s through to the present day. Northeast have produced what is widely considered the definitive airsoft replica: a full gas blowback system with a level of external authenticity that sets it apart from any other FAMAS on the market.
Why Northeast?
Northeast occupy a niche in airsoft manufacturing that few brands can match — small-batch, premium quality replicas of iconic firearms that the mass market ignores. The FAMAS F1 is a product of that approach: built for collectors and serious players who want the real experience of a bullpup GBB, not a compromise.
Key Features
- Full gas blowback operation — realistic cycling action with physical recoil on every shot
- FAMAS F1 external dimensions — authentic bullpup configuration, correct weight distribution
- 1 Joule configuration — UK legal out of the box
- Premium construction — Northeast’s build quality is a step above mass-market replicas
- Highly collectible — limited production runs make Northeast products genuinely rare
The Bullpup Advantage
The FAMAS F1’s bullpup layout puts the magazine and action behind the trigger group — delivering a full-length barrel in a compact overall package. In airsoft, this translates to genuine CQB manoeuvrability without sacrificing inner barrel length for hop-up performance.
