FMA Full Auto Tracer Unit 14mm – US Air Force

The FMA Full Auto Tracer Unit is a purpose-built muzzle-mounted device designed to add visual feedback to your airsoft platform during high-tempo engagements. With its full-auto-compatible light synchronisation, you’ll see every round trace downrange in realistic fashion.

Key Features

• Full auto tracer capability – synchronises with up to 35 BB/sec firing rates
• Dual-BB compatibility – works with both green and red tracer rounds
• Compact 18 cm length – minimal barrel extension and weight penalty
• 14mm negative thread – universal fit for most AEGs and GBBs
• Battery-powered operation – three AAA cells for extended field use
• Authentic US Air Force styling – realistic mil-spec aesthetic

Real-World Use Cases

This tracer unit excels in night games, CQB scenarios with suppressive fire, and larger milsim events where visual feedback enhances immersion. It’s equally at home on support roles (SAWs, LMGs) and aggressive assault builds where volume of fire is paramount. Skirmishers running green-tracer events will appreciate the flexibility to match BB colour mid-game.

Technical Specifications

• Thread: 14mm negative (CCW)
• Length: 180 mm
• Max fire rate: 35 BB/sec
• Tracer BB types: Green and red
• Power source: 3× AAA batteries
• Colour: Black (US Air Force theme)

Compatibility & Upgrades

Fits any airsoft rifle or SMG with a 14mm CCW muzzle – most modern AEGs and gas blowbacks are threaded this way. If your platform uses 14mm positive thread, you’ll need a suitable adaptor. Battery compartment is accessible without disassembly, making field changes straightforward.

UK Legal & Site Notes

Tracer units are legal in the UK under airsoft regulations and are permitted at most organised skirmish sites. However, always check with your local venue: some indoor CQB arenas restrict tracer BBs or external lighting devices. Always use manufacturer-spec tracer rounds (heavy 0.30g+) for reliability and safety.
