Once the BBs are in close the tank with the second rubber cap. Then fill in gas through the inlet valve on the top of the grenade. The gas release will expel the BBs around once the safety pin is taken off and grenade thrown.

The timer can be set by turning the grenade head. The more it’s closed the longer the timer is. You can use “used BBs” in this grenade. New VOLCANO version: improved version, more reliable and powerful.
