The Delta Armory 2×40 Fixed Power Red/Green Dot Sight is a versatile optic designed for airsoft skirmishers and marksmen seeking a balance between magnification and field of view. The fixed 2x magnification provides useful target acquisition at medium distances without sacrificing situational awareness, whilst the switchable red and green reticle options cater to different lighting conditions and personal preference.
Key Features
- 2x fixed magnification – effective range extension without variable-zoom complexity
- Red/green reticle switch – adapt to bright daylight or low-light gameplay
- Railed mount system – compatible with standard Picatinny rails for quick installation and removal
- Aluminium housing – durable, lightweight construction withstands typical skirmish wear
- Glass lenses – clear, distortion-free optics for accurate target identification
- Steel mounting bolts – robust attachment points ensure zero retention
- Compact 175mm profile – minimalist form factor suits CQB and mid-range setups
Real-World Use Cases
This sight works well for medium-range engagement on larger skirmish fields and MILSIM events where 2x magnification helps you acquire targets effectively without excessive zoom. The red/green reticle flexibility makes it equally at home in outdoor daylight or indoor low-light environments. CQB players may find the magnification overkill; it’s better suited to marksman roles or support positions on open ground.

Compatibility & Upgrades
The railed mount fits any standard Picatinny-equipped airsoft rifle, carbine, or DMR platform. No batteries required—red and green illumination are passive (non-powered), so zero risk of dead batteries during a match.
UK Legal & Site Notes
This is a passive optic sight with no electronic components—entirely legal under UK airsoft regulations. Most sites welcome fixed red/green dots; always check your venue’s optics policy beforehand, as some restrict high-magnification or electronic sights. The compact 175mm length fits standard rifle rails without extending excessively beyond the receiver.
Whether you’re setting up a reliable mid-range DMR, a support rifle, or upgrading an existing skirmish gun, the Delta Armory 2×40 offers straightforward magnification and adaptable reticle colour at a competitive price point. Order now from Airsoftdirect UK and elevate your optics game.
