The Ares SOC SLR Sniper Rifle features a distinctive futuristic bullpup design inspired by prototype models and classic rifles like the WA-2000 and DSR-1.

This semi-automatic designated marksman rifle (DMR) is ready to use straight from the box and includes a full-length upper 20mm RIS rail for mounting optics and scopes. It incorporates practical stability aids with a WA-2000 style fold-down bipod mounted on the barrel housing and an adjustable monopod integrated into the pistol grip.

The rifle is constructed largely from alloy, weighing approximately 6.6kg. Additional ergonomic features include a moulded finger groove grip, a height-adjustable cheekrest for optimal eye relief, ambidextrous fire selector and magazine release, and a fully functional red dot laser mounted in front of the trigger. The adjustable hop-up supports fine-tuning for accuracy and use of heavy BBs.
